1) compress your videos at a lower file size
2) get a better internet connection.

Get a better internet connection or try restarting your computer and uploading it again.

No way to upload faster, only thing to do is upgrade your internet.

I have the same issue too.. Even if you waited few hours for it. It might end up a corrupted one. =(
