Can anyone help me out?
I been connecting to the internet fine with my laptop..today when I turned on my laptop it would not let me connect...it says "windows was unable to connect"...but I can connect with my other laptop..when I do the trouble shoot it says investigate router or access point

Let's assume you have 2 laptops both with internet wireless and that you already re-booted the problem laptop and wireless router.
1) See if you can see your router on the list of connections. If not, try to turn on your wireless card by pressing F2.
2) If you see the router, discount and manually reconnect to it.
3) If you see the router and still can not connect to it, then you may have a problem with either your internal wireless card (you can replace it with a USB external wireless card) or your router (you can buy a new wireless router).

Reboot,Either remotely from working pc or
unplug router, wait few minutes and plug back in. I mean from elec wall outlet
