Why Is Heart Break Such A Awful Pain?

I won't go into much detail, but why is heartbreak so painful? I know both our hearts are broken, and it's just all messed up!

What can I do to make my self happier and why do I feel so down?

It's all in the chemistry. Your body has become addicted to the endorphins you get while in a happy relationship. When you stop getting these endorphins you go into withdrawal and it causes discomfort.

My dearest fellow animal lover, I too have had many a heartache over my beloved pets but people say I am silly by having more, but I rescue many that make me feel that I have a purpose in life and will continue to do so. At the moment I am feeding feral cats, it has taken me more than 3 years to get their convidence in me although I have been I have known them a very long time, the feeding comes out of my pocket. I now travel 12 miles round trip to feed them.

Try, although I know it is very hard, that now your beloved companion is no longer with us, think as I did, how much more you can do in helping with whatever animal helping them to be freed again into a loving home. I rescued my last german shepherd from a dogs home he was there for two years as he needed daily medication and had to eat from a smalll stool as he couldnt stand the floor to eat off as in his puppy days some .............. I dont feel I should say ................... smashed his gullet in so there are many to save!! The moral of this story is to find somewhere from a animall sancutuary a pet that you have saved ........... I am sure you will feel better. I reiterate I have been through the same situation hang in there, someone is waiting for you. Good luck and God bless x

It isn't a real pain. You just feel sad.
