Is it possible for a polar bear to devour a Penguin?

    Sure, if a polar bear ever came across a penguin. But that would be pretty unlikely since they live in opposite hemispheres.

    it would be possible if the two were to live anywhere near each other.

    no penguins naturally live above the equator and polar bears live on the north pole. so if a penguin were to get eaten by a polar bear one of them is in the wrong place.

    it's food i don't know how polar bears live if they can't eat food
