The State of Arizona vehicle window tinting laws were enacted in 1994, is my 1993 vehicle exempt?

The Arizona tinting laws, which was enacted in 1994, allows tint no darker than 33%. However, since the law was enacted in 1994, are all cars prior to that grandfathered in and therefore exempt from receiving a ticket for having tinting that's darker than 33%?

No. Your car is not exempt because the law has nothing to do with the year of the car.

Dodgy one ask your insurers as they may have a different view on tinted's i.e. cant see, so check it out.
