Next door neighbour & lane access problem?
My next door neighbour has a lane by his house which he claims to own (waiting on land registry to confirm)and that has access to the rear of my garden. I need to get access for garden work but he is refusing to drop the post that he has put a padlock on. Can someone tell me what rights I have if any so I can sort it out. Thanks

So cut the lock. He can't legally block you from land that you own.

You will have to wait until you receive the land registry details. If it is not his, then you will have to consult a Solicitor.
