Would it be legal to get a tattoo of a balaclava?

I`m not going to do it, I think it`d be the worst possible tattoo (other than gang face tats). I`m just curious.

    You get literally get a tattoo that says "I hate America and I am planning on killing the president and molesting a bunch of children" in bold letters on your forehead and it would be legal. You would get beat to a pulp by pretty much everyone but you wouldn't go to jail.

    What like on your face? You can tattoo a Nazi swastika on your face and it would legal. Now how people are going to treat you for an obnoxious tattoo is another story.
