Debit card to bank account?

my question and sitiuation is--i am in the philippines my bank card is exhausted so i have a debit card with$Ks on it but no clearance for it here - my debit company gives no good answer why so -how can i transfer funds from debit to my bank account? debit is direct express from social security but i rarely use it--thanks

    You should go to a BPI office and ask for their help. You should be able to call your bank and ask them for transfer of funds to a BPI account and you will be able to draw that money form BPI.

    Hey Johnny, you could try opening up a paypal account with a bank in the Philippines and try transferring the money through that.
