Where to buy basketball stuff in China?

In China they have places called fake markets or copy markets. You can buy tons of basketball stuff at these for really cheep prices, but you have to bargain with them (for example if they say 100 RMB only give them like 20 RMB at the most). In Pudong, Shanghai there is a big copy market in the subway station under the Science and Technology Museum. One entrance for this subway is located on Jin Xiu Dong Lu (the road name).

Almost any sports supply store will sell what you are looking for. I don't know specific locations for the cities you are looking at, but here in the Northwest, things like that are readily available!
