Why are filipinos so cocky?
First off i want to point out i have nothing against filipinos and im not racist. Its just an observation i have made. So i used to live in vancouver BC and there were tons if filipinos and ive found about 90-95 % of them were cocky. Always talking about the philippines wearing phillippines hats and jackets bragging about paquiao ect... And they were always talking about how filipinos are the best. Has anybody else noticed this? if you are filipino im not trying to offend u in any way. I have just always found most of them arrogent, cocky, and annoying. Any opinions?

I knew a few my self and yeah i found them cocky too..
I Guess you can't judge the entire nation by just a few personal life experiences with individuals but yeah u right...
Overall i found these people very brainy :L mabe that's the source...

Any time you notice this trait in a person, it's because deep down they feel inferior, and they're overcompensating.
You don't see tall white guys running around talking about how great they are, because they just KNOW they are, and that's reinforced by actions and results. When you're really the best, you don't have to talk about it, you just are.
When you're mentally or physically weak, or uneducated, you have to stand on a soapbox and yell about how great you are, to try to compensate.

According to my sister who has had 3 kids by a Filipino guy, it's because the guys have tiny penises... and the girls have been told they're princesses all their lives.
