I want to get a new wife in skyrim. (Read details below)?
I have skyrim for xbox and I want a new wife because my cousin was screwing around with my game and he sacrificed my wife to the deadra during one of the deadra quests where you have to sacrifce someone. I haven't gotten a letter from the courier yet about the inheritance money. I was thinking about clearing the system cache but i'm not sure if it kill the updates and patches to the game. Any help at all would be appreciated. And one more thing i'm also not starting a new game.

One of my friends had a similar problem. In Skyrim I'm almost positive you can only marry once and cannot divorce no matter what :L even if the spouse dies and you may only have one at a time. Now I could be wrong because I haven't personally tried since i'm happily married (kinda) on skyrim, but your chances of getting a new wife are slim. Try getting a new necklace that states that you are single and see if it helps or is even an option
