sounds like a defect from manufacturer or you dropped it just right and one of the pixel cells is being effected.
A screen in made up of hundreds or even thousands of pixels in series of bundles.
Each of those bundles are put side by side and up and down. (Think of x-mas lights)
You have a bad "bulb" in your string for one reason of another.
