New Sprint account galaxy S Epic 4g touch?

I'm getting a new phone and I'm going to be added to my sisters plan. I'm going to be buying my phone from RadioShack. It's going to be $99 for the Phone and $36. How much money you think I will need at the checkout counter when info to buy my phone including taxes. Thank you!
