Many people can't afford to buy fuel to warm their home, never mind buy a house. You seem to think that you MUST have all these things, but why is your credit rating low ? Stop wanting to have more than you can afford to buy. To reduce your spending you could:
Get warm clothes, if you can't afford new, then buy used. Join a local Freecycle/Freegle group where you can get things for nothing.
Get a warm duvet, draught-proof your home and get heavy curtains to save heat. Gloves and a woolly hat don't cost a fortune.
Forget the car, get a motorbike, moped or best of all a pushbike - no tax, insurance or fuel bills, and cycling will get you warm ! If wheels are a must, look for a driving job where you don't pay the costs, but you can take the vehicle home.
Join a local Credit Union, this is the cheapest way to borrow money, but they won't lend until you have saved for 3 months, this helps to get you in the habit of saving before you borrow.
Do the £30 and £50 jobs, if people like your work they will call you back to do bigger jobs.
If you really are in dire straits, one option is to find live-in care work and rent a room in your house. That way you get 2 incomes, and you are kept warm and fed in someone else's home. If you rent a room in your house you don't have to pay tax on the first £4,800, and you can give the lodger short notice to quit.

Life's a *****! and then your dead,
It sounds to me that your too fussy £30 & £50 jobs add up pretty quick.
Scrap the car, and buy an old banger with a years MOT, you'll get £200 for your car,and if you search around you'll buy a banger for that amount, then you can go and earn some money,
and stop feeling sorry for your-self

You need to take out a large loan. Don't worry if you go in to debt, you can pay it off easily.
