What is the worst thing I can legally do to this disagreeable vulgarian?
Something that does not involve direct confrontation would be nice. I have this jerk's phone number. Can I sell his personal information to telemarketers? Is there any way to get him on the no fly list? Maybe turn his name into a horrible negative meme that involves furverts?
I don't have to and probably won't do anything. It's just so helpful to know that I could if I wanted to.

George Hayduke has written a number of books about revenge. All of his examples are entertaining, though (be careful) some are quite illegal.
The joy of creativity is a wonderful feeling.
A high point of my life was when I was able to make a jerk miserable while helping others. He agreed to a settlement in a lawsuit and was to be paid in a few weeks. I guessed correctly that someone of his character would also be a deadbeat dad. It took just a little detective work to find a woman who had not received child support for years and had given up trying. I called, gave a few details, and suggested that she contact her attorney. After the jerk had already made large purchases based on the anticipated income, the settlement money was diverted to his child. And, as far as I know, he never knew how it happened. When I am feeling down, I just think back to that time. It really lifts me up.
