Pian in foot and ankle?

I have had numerous x rays and also a scan and no infection showed up . The last doctor i saw said it was all to do with the soft tissue in my foot , so she said i was to get refered to another Doctor , meanwhile i have been 6 visits to an osteopath , who assured me that she could help .. I bought insoles for in my shoes and she works on my foot each visit but there is not one bit of diference , not even in the slightest . I'm starting to think that nobody will be able to help me and then i was told i should go and see a podiatrist, i'm not sure if this will be any better or will i just be throwing more money away , it's £30.00 a session just now what will a podiatrist cost .. any idea ?

Update:

It's not JUST soft tissue it's been sore for 3 years .
