For under eye circles which would be better Kat Von D's tattoo concealer or MakeUp Forever's waterproof concealer?

    they both work the same in my book i have the make up forever one and i perfer the mac ones any day

    Kat Von D for sure. It's creamy without making your face look caked on..Makeup Forever is good too, but it is just WAY to cakey.

    Best drug store concealer would probably be Mabelline Dream Mousse Concealer.
