Can you measure your tire pressure on a steep hill?

If one of the wheels is supporting more of the car's weight, will you get an accurate reading of the car's tire pressure?

Surprisingly enough, the tire pressure is about the same whether the car is on the ground or lifted off the ground. This comes up when you change tires or do a front wheel alignment. When you put the tire on the rim, you fill it with air by the machine, before putting it on. But then when you do the alignment you check it again, after it is on, and the pressure does not really change much. You get more change based on hot or cold temperature, like summer to winter.

The tire pressure does not change due to increased load. It it what it is.

Measure the pressure at one wheel and then jack up the other end of the car and measure it again to see if it reads higher after wards.
