Advice on how to stop being insecure in a relationship?

Hey guys, I need some help with my relationship. Ive been dating this girl since October and I really like her alot. We've been through alot together and I don't wanna lose her because of my own insecurity. I get mad when she even talks to another guy as a friend, it's terrible. She went out last Saturday with her friends and I could only think about her cheating. It's happened to alot of my good friend the past few months so that doesn't help either. I don't wanna push her away, and I'm usually so confident with everything except this. Any advice, please?

You need to find out why you are feeling this way.  You are not doing yourself any good with this attitude.  Learn to controll yourself Why are you so insecure?  I think you need to get a handle on yourself or you will drive her away.  This is bad for the both of you.  Learn to trust, not only her but trust in yourself with good positive thoughts.  You need to get a gripe on this now or you will be misserable for the rest of your life.  Get medical help, if neccessary.  Good luck and God bless.

ok comming from a woman - we don't like men being controling or suspicious of us. It will push us away.

now how to stop being insecure - when she goes out - you go out with your own friends - enjoy some alone time or guy time.

when she comes back ask her if she had fun and try and see if she did her nails, hair that kind of thing - we love it when our men actually pay attention and look at us :)

What you need to ask yourself is whether or not you trust her. If you trust her, you should have no problem with her hanging out with friends or talking to other guys. If you don't trust her, then you really have no foundation for this relationship, and it just won't be a healthy relationship. Trust is a very important factor in relationships. So bro you just need to trust her or else you will push her away.

Alright alright, First ask yourself. Does she give you pleasure? Or stress?...

Has she cheated before? Has she lied before?

If she's lied or cheated before, then continuing the relationship is just stupid. You should have a 100% Trusting bond with her. You shouldn't even talk about the issues. Basically when other guys talk with her, you shouldn't care at all! Because you know that you have her, they don't. If your relationship is intimate, then nothing will happen! =) Good luck.
