What do you all do to get back into a photography mindset?

I've been in a photography funk lately. Even though it's nice out, and I should be able to find several things to photograph, I just haven't been in the mood. So, if you ever get into a funk like this, what do you do to get out of it. Or if it's a more natural thing, what do you think usually gets you shooting again?

I go somewhere with others who are into photography. The creative atmosphere sparks my creativity as well as my competitive nature.

I don't do anything. I just do hobbies or other stuff that i would normally do if I wasn't doing photography. Then when inspiration hits me or there is some new thing to photograph I'll go out and do it. This year has been really slow for me, photographywise. But it doesn't bother me (last year was overwhelming with a bunch of family events going on). It's actually nice to take a break.

Getting together for a days shoot with like minded friends is good. Another thing I find helps is to get out some disks of stuff you took years ago and work on them in photoshop.

Or if there is a type of photography that makes you wonder why anyone does it, go do it for a day. That really worked well for me. I can see no beauty or appeal in work on modern architecture or modern cityscape. So I went and did that for a couple of days. By the end of the second day I found myself seeing more of the beauty in old historic buildings and ruins. I ended up getting really hooked on that and still like spending a day around a ruined castle or old house. Still do not see the draw modern steel and concrete has though.

Get the camera out and go shooting. Nothing gets me going like that. Go in the early morning when the light is fabulous, shoot, shoot, shoot, then come home and look 'em over. Charge up your batteries and get back out there for sunset.

I find once I get up and go, I've got get up and go!

I've had that feeling before. I looked through magazines and on flickr and basically just saturated myself with the kind of images that i love. It gave me loads of inspiration and brought my passion back.
