You need to describe the noise in more detail. Where from, for example. Your question is unanswerable in its current form.

If its coming from the front, then its likely a suspension noise.
Most of the time , its the CV joint.
Look underneath the car at the two axle shafts; each axle has two rubber 'boots' at each end. They should be dry; if you see a tear or see grease , then the CV joint is ruined and will require replacement.
