I need to find a good playstation 2 emulator; help?

I need something that will already have the necessary stuff to play right away. No purchases of random plug-ins and what-not. I run a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 7 and an AMD Vision E2 processor with Dual Core and AMD Radeon graphics. I'll accept any help I can get in this matter.

All emulation is free, if you have ever seen some charge or have been charged, thats a scam.

And no emulator can come with a bios file (its illegal) or roms (also illegal), and they will always come with enough plugins to work, but they may not be the best ones.

http://pcsx2.net/ is the only ps2 emulator, and it works decently well (but has high requirements).

Now for it to work you need a bios file, which is illegal to share, you need to dump your own bios from your ps2. (you can find them online, but they will NEVER come with an emulator).

Then you will also need roms (games) to play. They are also illegal to share. You need to dump your own roms from your own games. (o fcourse you can find them online, but they will NEVER come with an emulator).

The emulator comes with good plugins already.

The ps2 emulator requires atleast a 2.6ghz+ dual core processor to run. You need closer to a 3.5ghz+ processor to get full speed. To get it playable, you need to to enable speed hack in emulation settings.

You are WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL below the min possible requirements to get ok fps.
