Do you know a good desktop monitoring tool?
I need to monitor the staff’s desktop usage of programs to be able to review their activity in terms of billing hours. Paid software is preferable. Do you know any good tools?

I started using Praetorian Guard a few months ago. It shows the time spent on each program, application and website. The screenshot features allow me to see the desktop activity every second if I need it to. http://www.praetorianguard.net/PC-Monitoring.aspx

SpyTech's NetVizor is probably your best bet for monitoring several networked systems. It will do everything you're looking to do and a lot more. It runs about $300.
