You could put a variety of sizes of rocks at the bottom of your tank. This will create different little "caves" in the bottom where the babies can hide and the adults cannot get them.
It is normal to lose some guppy fry. It is just the way they are. They say the mothers will not eat the babies while they're still giving birth but I have seen one pop a new one out and immediately eat it. :(

The babies will continue to be eaten, move them as best as you can into the other tanks. You do not need a filter as they will most likely get sucked in, just treat the water, and place a sponge filter in with some hiding spots. To make a simple sponge filter, get a full sponge that has not been used, cut it in half, poke a hole in the side to the middle, large enough for a tube to go into. Place an air tube into it, and have the other end connected to an air pump, and just place it in the water. Good luck!

It is good to have top floating plants they can hide in or a good grouping of plants in the tank for them to hide. However it is easier to move them to another smaller tank for a week or two to let them grow before putting them back. Guppies do eat their young so it is important to do something to try and protect the fry

some will survive if they have some plants to hide behind, they have babies every 3 or 4 weeks, so you will get more. If they didn't eat them, you would have too many, and that is how life in the sea works, the bigger eat the little.
