Metro del Mare to Amalfi Coast in one day?

The Metro del Mare interconnects The Amalfi Coast. Could I visit Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Salerno in one day or one day an a half?

    I would do the going by bus and get the Metro for the return trip, at least that what we did when we wnt to Amalfi.
