No!. Now go read Communism:A history by Richard Pipes and The Black Book of Communism. Then you will never ask such a silly question again. Or ask some of the refugees from the eastern bloc and USSR. They will tell you what a horror it is.

Pure communism wouldn't/doesn't/hasn't worked any better than pure capitalism, and for exactly the same reasons: No matter what political institutions you put in place, individuals and small groups are always going to seek power and control.

That's an unfortunate part of the human condition.

Communism is unstable, plain and simple. If you have too much of one resource and too little of another, it doesn't matter. Communism produces them at the same rate. Capitalism, on the other hand, allows supply and demand to balance resources out (to an extent).

Not a chance. The idea of colonizing the moon or Mars is actually more viable than communism ever working.
