Why is my vaginal area swollen?

so for the past few days I've been swollen down there. My bf says its swollen right next to my vagina opening. Whats wrong??? 3 days ago it only hurt after sex when I tried to pee. After that it ll hurt when I pee all day or half the day. Penetration hurts but yesterday it was bearable. I thought I had a UTI but I'm not really sure sine it doesn't hurt every time I pee.

Other things that might be helpful is that my boyfriend and I get pretty ruff and sometimes I take laxatives, idk if that has an effect or not....I know my best option is to see a doctor but that's a long wait and I'm tired of feeling like this.
