Experiment In International Living Alumni?

So I got the interview for the Outbound Ambassadors and I was wondering what should I expect? Should I dress up formal, casual, business casual? What type of questions are going to be asked? If you remember your experience can you please tell me about it. Thanks!

    not too formal nor too casual. no shorts slippers. decent clothes. smart casual.

    about interest, how much time u spend on facebook. ambition. future plans. why ? what to achieve?

    stamina. long hours. grumpy? bad mood?
