Is this more than likely a side effect of my birth control or something else?

So about a month ago I switched to a different birth control(Ortho Tri Cyclen) and I've noticed that since around then several times a day lasting for some time I have been having really bad cramping. I'm not about to start my period and it's been a whole month I've had this problem so that's not why. I've also had no spotting at all. I have however had a loss in appetite since it also hurts my stomach to eat now.

Has anyone else heard of or had similar symptoms while on this pill or is there probably something else causing this issue?

I asked this once earlier but didn't get any answers :-/

Update:

Yeah that's what I though, this is the only one that has given me any side effects at all actually. And no I know I'm not pregnant already.

Speak with your gyno. This is not normal at all with any type of birth control pill. If anything, the pill alleviates cramping, it does not cause it. Is it at all possible that you may already be pregnant?
