How many Females die single?

Women also generally outlive their husbands. I'd personally count dying a widow the same as dying single.

Unless a couple dies in a car accident or something everybody dies single. One partner will outlive the other. Women live longer than men, on average, so women tend to die single. If a woman is married and stays married her husband will typically die first.

The gender ratio is about equal among young people. In some cases young men outnumber young women. But among older people women predominate (cause men die earlier), so even if every single older man married a single older woman there still wouldn't be enough men to go around.
