Can someone tell me why Alex Rodriguez is still batting clean up?
It makes no sense to me, he's one of the worst hitters on the team without much power anymore. The same was true last year too. Would like to know what others think about the subject. Be truthful. By the way I am a Yankee fan, been so since the days of Mantle & Berra. Thanks

The SOB is making $29,000,000 this season because the Steinwienies screwed up and paid him for being the player he was while he was on steroids. They're stuck with the mistake and have to play him in the hope he'll get lucky and hit a homer every now and then.

He'll hit 30 HRs and have another 100 RBI season before this year is over ... I'll also bet he hits .290 by year end.

He's making a huge amount of doe, but he hasn't been performing. I totally agree with you. But since we are spending so much on the damn guy, he's gotta stay in the starting 9. I'd say move him down to number 5 or 6 in the batting order.
