It is like Ibiza, and many americans compare it to Miami Beach but it's in Eastern Europe. Very developed, crowds of tourists, the weather is hot, and of course party never ends, but the only downside is that September is more like end of summer season, and weather is unpredictable then. It could be ranging from extremely hot, to rainy autumn weather.
