Recommendations for Sound System?
So I'm trying to find a good sound system. Nothing super fancy, like not over $100, but i would like it to have good quality and very good sound. Can anyone recommend one they know is good or have heard is good? I also need it to be able to hook up to a ipod and play.

Don't let the audiophiles get you down. You don't have to drop $1,500 to get "good" sound. Good sound can be guarantied at that price, but you can find what you're looking for. It will just take more shopping, looking, and comparison work. They are absolutely accurate in saying under $100 is impossible. OK, they are right, because your question cannot be answered with a solution, only recommend footwork to find your best value. Good luck.

ditto what The Eagle Keeper said. You have done the equivalent of walking in to McDonalds and asking for a 20oz T-bone steak for the price of a Happy Meal.

I've never heard of any good sound system costing $100. Good 2 channel stereo systems start at $1500. A killer surround system is $5K. I know what your asking, but I also know your on a tight budget. See link below. Nothing cheap is going to sound good. That I can testify too.

i think of youd be greater effective off with an ipod or mp3 participant. If ya in undemanding terms use one ear bud its slightly less difficult to pay attention the two the track besides because of the fact the site visitors. careful nonetheless, may be illeagal. If ya get pulled over yank out the earbud or its a hefty high quality.
