droid razr maxx or galaxy nexus?

i have been to the verizon store and checked both out but idk which one to get please give details

    Droid Razr Maxx has the superb battery existence Samsung Galaxy S2 has the most processing means HTC Rezound has the superb show determination iphone 4s has the 2d superb show determination and siri Galaxy nexus has the latest operating device, besides the indisputable fact that it is going to lose that benefit at the same time as the different android phones get the ics replace. The nexus basically receives it first.
