How do you get scratches out of a video game?
My brother's copy of SuperMario Bros for Wii is really scratched and will not play on either of our twos wiis. He's really upset about it and I was wondering if there was a way to get the scratches out of the game without buying a second copy. The scratches are pretty deep and all around the disc, almost surrounding the whole game.

Sorry but if they are deep scratches there is no way to get them out.
You will have to buy the new copy.

Well I haven't had much luck with Home-made remedies like toothpaste or anything like that so thats not the best idea your best bet would be to find a place that sells video games or a video store. they usually have a machine that will clean scratches off a disc. they all very in price though so be prepared my local video store only charges two dollars but whatever yours charges will always be a much better deal than buying the game again in the long run.
Hope this helps!

Believe it or not, rubbing toothpaste on it actually works. Well, for me it worked for a while, but it worked nevertheless. But by the way you describe the scratches, it might just be best to just go and buy a new copy. Sounds like it may be damaged beyond repair. Good luck.
