Y&R What judge in their right mind would give a baby to a ex con.?
Plus gave birth to a child and dropped it off at a church. But before that tried to kill the child's father and leaving him in the middle of no where to die out in the cold. Who writes these story lines? Why wouldn't Daniel press charges on her crazy behind.

In the real world, a custody hearing wouldn't have been set that soon. A real Judge would have ordered evaluations on Daisy and probably Daniel. Even though Daisy served her time, her actions that sent her to prison were extremely severe and not the norm for a sane or rational person. To give custody of a baby with her history is unheard of without evaluations. To be ordered to have the baby removed from Phyllis that quickly was cruel and also unrealistic. The whole storyline is ridiculous and just makes me laugh at the stupidity. The writers must think we're idiots and will believe anything.

The judge was so wrong. Daisy shouldn't even be allowed to be near Lucy, let alone have custody of her. Daisy was causing trouble for Lucy since she was only a few hours old by leaving her in a church when there was no telling how long it would be before anyone found her and why? So she could go on the run from the cops. In 6 months, Daniel better have full custody of Lucy and kick Daisy to the curb.

Well I suppose he always lets the mother have the child. He musta knew that Daniel wouldnt be a good father either since he let Phyllis raise Lucy. And yes Daniel should of pressed charges on her. Im hoping Daniel will straighten up and try to get her back.Too bad mean Angelo isnt around he could put a hit out on Daisy.K2

I know, right. The judge obviously knows Daisy's background but still chose her anyways. Of course we all knew it was gonna work out this way for the drama of it.
Daniel should have pressed charges. What sane person doesn't report something like that?

You have asked some very intelligent and logical questions. From what I've seen on Y&R,logic and intelligence are rarely used. I've been asking why Lauren and her lawyer husband didn't insist on a restraining order against Daisy and at the very least, why didn't the managers of the apartment house do a background check on Daisy before she was allowed to move in? Again, logic which seems to be in very short supply.

the way I understand that's the 15 year previous needs to place the toddler up for adoption. a tough call yet possibly suited thinking his family participants. in the journey that your niece needs adoption additionally what his mom needs is irrelivant. If "His mom" needs to undertake the toddler i assume there will be some style of a house learn, feels like they gained't bypass. tell your niece and her ex, to extend the forget, abuse, feeding time table, broken bones and the rest they might with out mendacity in the event that they're attempting to maintain the toddler far off from his family participants. What does her family participants say?

The judge took it into consideration that Daisy served her time and was released. Daisy fooled the judge into thinking that she had changed, even though she really hasn't.
