This is my homework-
'Research a recipe for a family that uses meat and a sauce.'
So like spag bol - but i dont like spag bol :') can you think of any other quick and simple recipes that i could use?? if you write a list ill choose one, and the one i choose, gets the best answer :) thanks peeps <3<3

That could be anything. Try looking up seafood linguine with clam sauce, chicken with alfredo sauce [which I'd like to point out isn't authentic Italian at all], or anything with barbecue sauce.
Gravy could be a sauce.

Coq au vin - chicken and a wine sauce (maybe not suitable for a family with little kids!)
Duck a l'orange - duck with an orange sauce
Fish with... Hollandaise Sauce, Normandy Sauce or Bercy Sauce
Lamb and mint sauce
Baked salmon with a beurre blanc sauce
Take your pick!
