    Several need NO refresh: EPROM, ROM, Static RAM (assume that is the SRAM), PROM of all sorts, NVRAM, flash ram and EEPROM...

    EDO needs refresh (dynamic ram), as does SDRAM. Truth be, I don't know what FPM is, never used it (google search it...)
