Can you get busted for having wild marijuana plants?

We have some that grows along a fence line on our property, which is in a crowded suburban area. They get to about 5 feet high or so. No one has ever said anything so I presume its ok.

Yeah, I had some "wild" marijuana on my neighbors property that he found when I was younger and thankfully his brother was a cool cop and had a talk with me. If you own a 1000 acres and have one in the farthest corner from your house, its on you man. Thats a hefty fine if not jail time, not playin.

You aren't fooling anyone here, and you certainly won't fool any cops. They will be glad to generate a little revenue off of your attempt.

Obviously, the toxins are clouding your judgement.

Just you try and see where it lands you, it's called the gray bar hotel. Don't touch them, it's not OK.
