Does keylogging software violate a no contact order?

My friends has a no contact order on her husband. He's used a keylogger to steal her email password. Does this violate the no conctact order?

    It violates the no contact order and alot more on top.

    Its illegal either way. You can use a keylogger only if its on your own computer but even then its still illegal to use it to steal people's passwords.

    As far as violating the no contact order, it probably would not but I am not sure about this.

    It also violates several real laws.

    He is committing identity theft when he logs onto her account.
