what is a casting call at a casino like?
I am interviewing as a cocktail waitress next week at a new casino that is opening up near by...i have six years experience...but instead of calling it an interview...they are calling it a casting call...i'm not sure what that means and would like more insight because i would really like to get this job! I was also told to dress as if your going out for a night out on the town....

Most of these involve many supervisors from all departments being friendly a must. showing that you can mesh well with a lot of different people and that you have a positive attitude. there may be some role play so be prepared

Its just their name for an Interview. Your not an "Employee" there your a "Cast Member"
