I see the point of the answer. i do not imagine each and every toddler needs an same element of teaching,yet lack of understanding is risky. more desirable,the competition contained in the unique question that agriculture,engineering and medicines will take priority is absurd. the position will the farmers,engineers and medical practitioners come from precisely? those practices do not basically materialize out of skinny air. with no formalized tutorial gadget there'll in no way be farmers,engineers or medical practitioners to provide those amenities.

When I saw the question I rushed up to answer what is15-3.

"OC" in Tamil means "something free of cost".

It was a teasing word among school students in those days.

To convey a third student's OC item we used to say 15-3.

"O" is the 15th alphabet.

"C" is the 3rd alphabet.

I think "OC" was derived from "On Company" where Government letters don't affix any stamps.

15 - 3 = 12... very easy :P
