Girls Please help me :( I dunno what she has in her mind :( ?

ok here is a girl whom i saw her in college and as soon as i saw her i just went and said "this black dress suits you" in a railway station ..she never knew who I am at that time.. I was a total stranger to her .. later On her Birthday I gave her a greeting card to wish her on her B'day ..she returned it back with a note that "thanks for wishing".. after that we had some eye contacts for few months later i gave her a friend request in FB and we were chatting little while and then got her number after 2 years from our first meet .. so its like this we wont talk that much but she knews it very well that i am crazy about her

Again a months before her birthday came and i was the first one to wish her .. and that day evening i just traveled 30kms just to see her and give a present for her birthday . i gave an greeting card where all her fb pics put together and some wishes here and ther and a bit costly wallet ..( one day she told that she missed her wallet somewhere while travelling..so i thought that would be good gift) and then that day we had dinner together in a hotel .. now the problem is this after that meeting she suddenly stopped to text me she sstarted to ignore me she never text even if i text her .. a recently i said this to her , i was talking with her so rudely and she asked my whether I am angry on her ? i said " yeah am damn angry on you you should either tell me that you are busy or you are not in a position to text why do you simply dont reply to the text?" she replied "sorry"..and on the same day when i told this... after 20 exchanges ..she abruptly stopped the conversation and didnt text back anything :( .. now my problem is i really want to know why she is doing like this ?? ! she wants my attention towards her ? 2.she really dont like me after seeing me that night?? or its something else ??? pls help me i am literally crying
