Make regular brownies, but replace some of the liquid (whatever recipe you are using will have some liquid...water or milk or something) with VERY strongly brewed coffee....there are lots of recipes online to give you an idea if you type "coffee flavored brownies" or "coffee brownies" or "mocha brownies" into google....good luck!

You cannot use regular coffee that you brew. You can either use already made coffee rather than the liquid called for in the instructions or you can mix a small amount (1 tablespoon) of instant coffee in a little bit of water until dissolved and then mix into batter. Just sprinkling the instant coffee granules may not work because they may not dissolve in the batter and then you will be biting into crunchy bits of coffee.

Add 2 - 3 teaspoons of instant coffee to the batter.

Depending on how strong a coffee taste you want.

    dont use coffee grounds.

you can use some instant coffee, as some one already wrote.

or you can replace the water in the recipe with brewed coffee.
