Does kegels really work?

My friend insisted I do 100 a day..wouldnt that be over doing it???

    OMG, don't do 100 unless you want to hurt a lot.

    Start off with sets of ten twice a day for a week. If that feels ok add two or three maximum for the next week, and so on each week until you are doing 20 reps twice a day.

    By then you should notice a difference, but you will need to continue to maintain strength and tone.

    Yes they do work!
