Nope. as rapidly as a CD secret's used, it could in basic words be used *by ability of way of the account* it replaced into registered at. additionally, warning: Any ebayers who're offering Steam costs are truthfully breaking the regulation. optimum costs are hacked costs, and that they don't seem to be allowed to be offered like that. And as quickly as you spent the money, Valve might ultimately return the Steam account to the guy it belongs to, leaving you SOL. So no. do now no longer purchase a used Orange container. it won't do something for you.

No that is impossible unless you have the hacking mind set ( unlike me) what i would do is sell that MW3 to an idiot and buy a new one and then put that one on the steam account. Hope this helps and solves you question =)
