The million dollar question: HOW TO TRULY MOVE ON AFTER A BREAK UP? Tips please!?

We have been on and mostly off for 5 months after a long term relationship.

He wants us to get back together. I want us to permanently break up.

How do I move on? And more importantly how do I make him move on??

Here's the million dollar answer, and the only one that will work:

You have to give him closure, cut all contact, and remember that time is the only thing that heals emotional scars.

First try bonding with your girlfriends for a bit so you can get over him go to the beach and with friend joke about guys flirt you know .. for him tell him this " I am sorry but i just cannot be with you not even as friends, . being with you is hard and i need to find a guy that i can be more relaxed with. your a great guy and you really deserve better thank" He will eat it up like warm granny chocolate chip cookies and you remain the sweet nice ex.

you it sounds like HAVE moved on, He how ever it seems has not , and his "chasing you constantly" hes desparate to hold on to once what you both had ... in othet words ... he hasn't moved on... SOOOO YOU.. are at a point you must decide to either get back with him ( which it sounds like you do not want to ) OR YOU have to take action to STOP him from constantly "chasing" you around... cut off all comunication ... move to an undisclosed location and DON'T tell him where you have moved to ... OR ... report him to the proper athorities and inform them he is harassing you / stalking you ... its the only way to stop his unwanted advances

I find that it's easiest to move on by completely cutting off communication. It might seem harsh, you (or he) may want to remain friends, but that is very difficult to do. Make it clear to him that he has to stop chasing you, and then stop talking to him. It may hurt at first, but in my honest opinion is the fastest way.

Heck yea! i'd provide him his very own little room, and permit him poop interior the back backyard.. a million greenbacks is alot.. despite if I had to permit it poop interior the abode and so on.. i ought to hire somebody to guard, and sparkling the goat, and from the million i'd nonetheless have alot left over! :-)

tell him he needs to lay off, then ignore him when he tries to ring you or contact you. spend time having fun and going out rather than dwelling on the relationship, time heals the heart and soon you will both get over it and find someone new.

You keep ignoring him and he will give up some day.Let him know that you just want to move on.When he is chasing you, don't talk to him seriously. He is not gonna chasing you forever.
