ADDERALL + suboxone + resperidone + lexapro...patient takig all 4 of these on a daily basis...what are the com?

Three reasons that I can think of:

1- Opiate withdrawal.

2- Psychosis or paranoia are rare side effects of stimulants. They may occur in an individual who is already predisposed to a psychotic reaction. Dopamine agonists like stimulants can induce schizophrenic-like symptoms (e.g. amphetamine psychosis is like paranoid schizophrenia). These severe side effects may also occur when someone takes an overdose of the stimulant. It is important to screen for and treat certain other psychiatric disorders prior to starting a stimulant.

3- Sometimes one can become paranoid during a manic episode, which can be triggered by taking an anti-depressant without having a mood stabilizer/anti-psychotic present. This would only apply to those suffering from bipolar 1 or bipolar 2 disorders.

Just stop taking them. None of these medications are required for the person to live, they're just mood altering medications. If it was me, I would keep taking the adderall at the recommended dose because when i was on it I was more in control, which seems to be the problem with this person.
