If I make eye contact it makes them uncomfortable ?
I can feel that when i make eye contact with people they seem to get uncomfortable and try and avoid it . They just start looking down or here and there. Is it rude to make eye contact ? I got sleepy eyes by the way.

Of course not.
You're just one of the more ballsy people in the world who has the decency to look someone in the eye. Mostly, if you're staring at strangers, that's a little creepy. But if you do it while conversing and things, it's supposed to be a good thing.
We, as humans, are afraid of eye contact because you can learn a lot about a person through their eyes, "The eyes are the windows to the soul" or something like that.
Whatever, my point is we don't like being direct and sincere, we'd rather adhere to our coy ways.
But it's a good thing, or at least it is to me.
