sometimes you dont even have to say anything.. if youre really grateful about that, smiles gently... show your grateful expression and hug her... say thank you.. i bet it will say everything..

you know, people dont always have to be "wow im so happy thank you i love you too and stuff"

some things could be more deep with nonverbal

if she starts to do it often, read the situation~

if its a romantic situation, you have to reply it gently.. can be verbal or non verbal, dont forget to say thank you~

but if its a delight situation, you can smile wide, then pat her head and say "hehee i love you too my little angeell"

haha you can just express yourself the way you want.. just be sure to act by adjusting with the situation and atmosphere there~
